Spoolmatic® 30 Amp Pistol Grip Gun
MIG (GMAW) Aluminum, Soft Alloy Wire Welding
Light and Heavy Industrial Applications
For .023" Thru 1/16" Wire Sizes

The Spoolmatic® Pistol Grip Gun is an industrial, well-balanced spool gun and features a built-in gas valve, rotatable canister, all-wire dual groove drive roll and 15 feet (15 amp) or 30 feet (30 amp) cable reach. New barrels are Roughneck and Bernard Centerfire compatible. The spool-type wire feeder provides optimum welding performance with aluminum and other soft alloy wires. Comes with the WC-24 weld control for use with CV power sources supplying 24 VAC power such as the EX300 or the WC-115 amp weld control for use with CC power sources supplying 115 VAC power (specify with or without contactor). Connects directly to the Millermatic 250X. Includes a 30 feet (9 metre) cable assembly for accessing hard-to-reach areas. For use with 1 pound (0.5 kilogram), 4 inch (102 millimetre) diameter spools of wire.

• Gear-driven, smooth groove drive rolls reduce deformation of the wire and provide positive feeding performances by having both rolls driving the wire, helping to reduce burnbacks and enhancing arc starts
• Barrels are Roughneck® and Bernard® Centerfire™ compatible
• Easy access to drive assembly and removable head tube reduces service time by allowing a simple means of changing drive rolls and head tube or performing routine maintenance with out disassembly of gun
• Patented quick-change, single-turn contact tip provides excellent performance and ease of replacement
